We Get Around

Dr. Gregg Lindsey

My interest in orthodontics began as a 14-year-old orthodontic patient.  I was embarrassed and self conscious about my smile.  I was amazed how my smile was transformed by my orthodontist.  It gave me increased self confidence and self esteem.  One of the joys of being an orthodontist is seeing those same changes happen in other people's lives.  Initially, I studied accounting in college and worked as a CPA for 5 years.  Eventually I determined to return and study dentistry, and orthodontics in particular.  I have not regretted that decision.  I love what I do and I enjoy my association with patients, in particular those who are pre teens and teenagers.  I enjoy seeing them over their treatment time and seeing the changes inside and out that occur as a result of their transforming smiles.  I am committed to partnering with every patient to achieve a beautiful and functional smile that can last a lifetime

Dr. Mark Gregston

Being an orthodontist is one of the greatest joys of my life. Having the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of so many people is extremely humbling. Every one of my patients has different needs, but always the same goal: a beautiful, healthy, and functional smile that they feel proud to share with the world. It is a pleasure to start the orthodontic journey with people and be by their side through the treatment process. I can’t describe the joy I share with patients and their parents the day I take off their braces and they see their amazing new smile. I truly have the best job in the world.

What We Do

Treatment Information

Our Professional Services, provided by smiling, and highly skilled staff!

Early Interceptive Orthodontics

While your child’s teeth may appear straight, dental problems may develop that only a trained professional can accurately diagnose and treat. Interceptive orthodontic treatment is used to identify problems in your child’s oral development in order to provide preventive treatments as early as possible.

Adult Orthodontics

Do you worry that you are too old to straighten your teeth? You are never too old for orthodontics! In fact, about 25% of orthodontic patients are adults. At our practice, we want you to know that a straight, healthy, beautiful smile is within your reach – no matter your age. Our orthodontist offers a number of orthodontic treatments and is happy to help you find the one that matches your personal needs and desires. In addition to traditional metal braces, more discreet options are often available so you can maintain a natural, professional appearance while you straighten your teeth.

TMJ Treatment

The TMJ is the temporomandibular joint, or the joint that connects the lower jaw to the rest of the head. The term “TMJ” is often used to refer to TMJ disorder, also called TMD, which occurs when the jaw joint becomes stressed, injured, or misaligned. TMJ disorder may result due to several different factors, such as stress, bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching), arthritis in the TMJ, or trauma and injury to the head, neck, or jaw.

Crossroads provides oral appliance therapy to treat TMJ disorders and improve your oral health and function. TMJ disorders can be painful and disruptive to your day-to-day life, and we want to help you regain a comfortable lifestyle as soon as possible. If our orthodontist feels that your case is particularly complex, he will refer you to a trusted specialist for further treatment.

Teen Orthodontics

We are pleased to help our teenage patients achieve straight, beautiful

smiles with our orthodontic services designed to fit their active lifestyles.

We are aware that teenagers are involved with a wide variety of activities, including school, friends, dating, sports, and other extracurricular activities. We can help you arrive at the orthodontic solution that fits your individualized needs.

Types of Braces

Our orthodontists offers several types of braces to ensure that we can find the treatment that is right for you. We offer three main types of braces:

  • Metal Braces

  • Ceramic (Clear) Braces

  • Invisalign® Clear Aligners

  • Pitts 21 Self-Ligating Braces

During your initial visit with our team, we will help you determine which type of braces would best meet your personal needs and preferences.

Advanced Technology

We strive to use advanced technology to make your experience as efficient, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible.  For example, our diagnostic equipment such as digital x-rays and digital tooth scanning aids us in making quick and accurate diagnoses to help us effectively plan your treatment.  In addition, we have in-house 3-D printing capability to make in-house retainers and appliances, reducing wait time and discomfort for our patients.  We also utilize specialized soft-tissue lasers that contour gum tissue.  This can be done comfortably and quickly and will save our patients from having to make another appointment to have these procedures done elsewhere.  We strive to utilize the latest, most advanced technology available to provide you with the best possible experience and care every time you visit our office.

Invisalign

Invisalign is a wonderful option in many cases to achieve your treatment goals.  A series of clear plastic aligners are utilized to take your teeth from their current position to the final smile you've always dreamed of.  Invisalign is a comfortable and aesthetic treatment option.  Our orthodontists can help you determine if Invisalign is the right option for you.
